There are many such tables available (just "Google" some) and the important thing is to start knowing what is High-GI (avoid) and Low-GI (choose). here Are some simple tips thAt usuAlly Work: • White is high GI, brown is low GI • High fibre is Low GI • processed foods are High GI • fast foods are High GI • Most (not all) vegetables are Low GI • fruits vary so be careful • Legumes and Soy are Low GI
