6 my top three reAsoNs for losiNg Weight Are SO HOW DO I LOSE THE WEIGHT I NEED TO? here Are A set of questioNs We'D like to ANsWer (Write yes or No for eACh): 1. I understand that weight loss might be difficult but is not impossible. 2. I accept that eating less is almost certainly going to be necessary. 3. I will never again attempt a crash diet or a fad diet. 4. I know that sustained life-long change is the only route to success. 5. I am going to learn about and follow a Low GI eating plan. 6. I am going to give careful thought to how I fEEL about food. 7. I am going to be active every day. 8. I will visit my doctor in the next month to discuss my weight control, and this list. 9. I am going to drink at least 1.5 litres of water a day. 10. I know that my weight is and will be about the choices I make. If you can answer "yes" to each question then you already have a plan. A proven plan that will work if you follow it. We know that you might not understand all the details of this plan just yet but we'll discuss all of this with you soon, and you can ask questions anytime.
