Immunisation Schedule Birth to 9 Months BIRTH Birth Oral Polio, Tuberculosis, Hepatitus B* VISIT 1 6 weeks– 2 months Oral Polio, Diphtheria, Tetanus, Acellular Pertussis, Haemophilius Influenzae Type B (Hib), Hepatitus B (Hb), Polio (Inactivated Polio Vaccine), Rotavirus**, Pneumococcal and Non- Typeable Haemophilus Influenza Disease VISIT 2 10 weeks– 4 months Diphtheria, Tetanus, Acellular Pertussis, Haemophilius Influenzae Type B (Hib), Hepatitus B (Hb), Polio (Inactivated Polio Vaccine), Pneumococcal and Non-Typeable Haemophilus Influenza Disease VISIT 3 14 weeks– 6 months Diphtheria, Tetanus, Acellular Pertussis, Haemophilius Influenzae Type B (Hib), Hepatitus B (Hb), Polio (Inactivated Polio Vaccine), Rotavirus**, Pneumococcal and Non-Typeable Haemophilus Influenza Disease 9 Months onwards 9 months • Measles From 9 months • Chickenpox From 9 1/2 months • Pneumococcal • Non-Typeable Haemophilus Influenza Disease From 12 months • Hepatitus A 15 months • Measles, Mumps, Rubella (MMR) 18 months • Diphtheria, Tetanus, Acellular Pertussis (DTaP) • Haemophilius Influenzae Type B (Hib) • Hepatitus B (Hb) • Polio (Inactivated Polio Vaccine) • Hepatitus A 4 - 6 years • Diphtheria, Tetanus, • Pertussis Measles, Mumps, • Rubella (MMR) Females 9–45 years and Males between 9–26 years • Human Papilloma Virus (HPV) Vaccine (initial vaccine and two follow-up boosters) 12 years • Diphtheria • Tetanus * If a hepatitus B vaccine at birth, a six-in-one vaccination can be given at 6, 10, 14 weeks ** Rotavirus vaccine should not be given after 24 weeks
