13 there are soMe key PoInters here • It may be "Ok" to have a low score in a certain area IF you have decided that this is not terribly important to you. • If you want to increase your scores in one area it is likely that you will have to "take" the points from another area. This is because you only have a finite amount of energy and so you just cannot have 10/10 in every area. This is where choice and setting your own priorities becomes so very important. SO, THIS WEEk We'd like you to take a simple piece of paper – just keep it simple - and try either of both of these approaches. Try to create an importance/urgency matrix or a wheel of life for you and your life. Then start listing how you want to change it. What you'll end up with is a plan for your life and your life balance. Once you have that it becomes a matter of actioning the changes that you have chosen and decided upon. And better balance is within reach.
