15 SO, WHEN SHOULD I SEEk HELP? here are soMe warnIng sIgns that you need ProfessIonaL heLP: • Thoughts of suicide • Heavy drinking • Using drugs • Disturbed sleep or inability to sleep • Loss of appetite • Feeling "sad" or "down" • Concentration problems; struggling to focus on tasks • Loss of interest (in things like sport, friends, sex) • Loss of energy and feeling tired all the time • Irritability and being short-tempered • Feeling nervous and anxious all the time (or lots of the time) …so if you feel this way please do get help. It's the right thing to do and it wILL help. THAT'S IT Stress is a HUGE issue for many of us. Stress won't go-away but handling stress better is possible for all of us. You have now learned a lot about how to cope better and we do hope you are feeling better. Like all personal- wellbeing issues though, the truth is that your wellbeing is down to the choices you make, or do not make. It's over to you. We truly wish you well.
