Not quite true. Exercise can help you burns some calories. It can help your metabolism store less fat and burn more energy. It will certainly make your healthier overall. It is a powerful motivator (active people simply want to eat better) and it makes a real difference to maintaining weight lost. But sadly, the role of exercise in actual weight loss has often been rather over-estimated. Put simply: exercise is good for you but not so good that you can still eat whatever you like. for weight control you need a combination of healthy eating and regular exercise. tHErE's still tiME. Is there really? The fact is that there are so many long term health risks and health effects from NOT exercising, we're pretty sure that time is NOT on your side here. The sooner you start getting active, the sooner your health and future health risk, will improve. You cannot afford to wait.
