When can I change my option?
You can change your option with effect from 1st
January each year by notifying the scheme in writing no
later than the date indicated on your communication
from the scheme.
How do I change my option?
You will be advised annually at least 30 days prior to
the benefit and contribution changes for the following
year. A brochure or a letter detailing the changes will
be sent to you. Should you wish to change your option,
the process can be activated by using the facility on
the website or mobile app. You can also complete a
Benefit Option Change form that will be available from
our website.
Members, who do not wish to change, will remain on
their current option.
