What do I do should I need spectacles or contact
lenses?
The benefit provided allows freedom of choice in
terms of Optometrists. Extremely generous benefits are
offered for a consultation, spectacles and "add - ons" or
contact lenses, per beneficiary per annum - see benefits
brochure for more details.
For Double Network members, the benefit is provided
through PPN.
What are "add - ons"?
Examples of these are tinting, hardening, anti-glare
treatment.

apply. For Double Plus, optical assistant rates will apply.
