Page 1 of 2 The aim of the programme is to provide you with an in-depth education on your respiratory condition, medication as well as to provide a support structure should you require assistance. In addition to this, the case manager will monitor your health and, where necessary, make recommendations to you and your doctor. Respiratory conditions include Asthma, Allergic Rhinitis, Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease (COPD), Cystic Fibrosis and Bronchiectasis. It has been our experience that those members, who participate fully in th-ise programme, minimise the risks of costly and unnecessary complications.
