REgULAR REviEw
Review your symptoms and medicines with your doctor at least once a year (more frequently if you have
severe COPD symptoms).
Contact your Respiratory Case Manager to assist you to gain knowledge about your respiratory condition and
guide you to obtain the skills and confidence to manage your condition.
