Benefit and Extent of Cover
Preventative Wellness Cover
Preventative programme accessible to all beneficiaries.
One consultation per beneficiary per annum with a GP, specified Specialists,
dietician, dentist - for a general check-up only and optometrist for an eye test -
paid at CBT rate. Additionally, screening benefits (melanoma, PSA, pap smear,
mammogram) and certain vaccines are covered under this benefit.
Post-hospital Cover Subject to Medical Savings.
Other Benefits Treatment for Depression - limited cover.
Day to day benefits - subject to medical savings account.
