interests of confidentiality, your personal details can only be accessed on the Member Login zone of
our website or mobile app by using a password.
The information in this Member Guide is designed to be a simple introduction to most frequently asked
questions and does not supersede the rules of the Scheme in any way. For more comprehensive detail,
the registered rules are available on the website. There are interactive facilities for pre-authorisation,
tracking of claims, chronic medication registration and much more.
CAMAF uses several communication channels, including social media. We would like to hear from you,
if we have made a difference and gone beyond your expectations, when it counted - benefits, service,
care etc. Should you on the other hand have had a problem that could not be resolved through normal
channels of communication there is a formal complaints process outlined at the end of this brochure.
