CAMAF's strictly confidential Emotional Wellness Programme has been developed for you to approach your emotional health in a holistic two pronged way – PREVENTION and MANAGEMENT. The line offers completely confidential telephonic advice and support. This line is available from 08h00 until 16h00 Monday to Friday.
