With each beat of the heart your #BloodPressure rises, and then falls. The high level is called the Systolic pressure, while it drops to the diastolic pressure, before it rises again with the next beat. A normal blood pressure level is a systolic of between 120 and 130, and a diastolic of between 60 and 85. Lower levels are not necessarily abnormal.
