Enter your membership number & password when prompted (Client Relations can assist you with your password). Once in the member zone, click 'Annual Benefit option change'. Make your choice by completing the online form. Click 'Accept as final' to confirm. 2) SMS - SMS 083-391-3825 with the following message: CAMAF BOC_your Member Number_Product. 3) Post (For continuation members only) if you are a corporate you are able to do your option change through your Human Resource Dept.
