The rules set out below are applicable to the current CAMAF promotion.
 

1. The rules set out below are applicable to the current CAMAF promotion.
2. Only CAMAF members who reside in the Republic of South Africa and Namibia are eligible for entry.
3. To qualify for any potential bonus entries that may be available in relation to the current promo – please ensure that the bonus entry action (i.e. rate the Mobile App, etc.) is able to be linked back directly to your original entry details. I.e. make use of your full given names on all entry mechanism as well as with your bonus entry action.
4. The independent panel of judge's decisions will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
5. Competition entrants enter into the draw at their own risk and CAMAF will not be responsible for any loss, damage, injury or harm suffered as a result of the award or use of any prize.
6. To the extent that participation in this competition constituted an agreement or transaction entered into, the same shall not give rise to any legal rights, on the part of any competition entrant.
7. The Chartered Accountants (SA) Medical Aid Fund (CAMAF) will be responsible to facilitate this Competition draw and CAMAF staff members may not enter.
8. The Competition runs from the launch date till 01 March 2024 @ 12PM SAST.
9. CAMAF reserves the right to amend the rules at any time without prior notice.
10. Only individuals (i.e. natural persons) are eligible to enter. Suspected competition spammers, both individuals and companies, will be disqualified without notification to the disqualified party.
11. In the spirit of fair play, any deviation from the rules and/or attempt to manipulate the outcome of the prize will result in disqualification.
12. Prize-winners will be notified via email or telephone once winners have been identified. If CAMAF is unable to contact any prize winner, having made reasonable efforts to do so, the prize awarded to that prize-winner will be forfeited.
13. Prizes are not transferable and may not be converted into cash.
14. It is a pre-requisite to the awarding of any prize that:
15. the prize-winner/s is a valid CAMAF member.
16. the prize winner/s will be obligated to allow their photographs to be taken for possible publication by CAMAF on its social media platforms.
17. CAMAF shall be entitled, at their discretion, to cancel and/or suspend the draw.
18. Entering this draw indicates acceptance of these rules.
19. CAMAF is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party.
