Notice is hereby given, in terms of the rules of the Fund, that the 64

ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING of members of the CHARTERED ACCOUNTANTS
(SA) MEDICAL AID FUND will be held on Thursday, 26 May 2016 commencing
at 09h00 at the Sanlam Health Offi ce, Wedgefi eld Offi ce Park,
17 Muswell Road South, Bryanston, Gauteng.
Members are invited to make nominations for election of trustees to serve on
the Board. Nomination forms can be requested from Cheryl Clark.
